By using Agent Avatar, you are responsible for operating the local services you run, securing your environment, and deciding whose voice, face, and footage you process with it.

Locally run software

Agent Avatar is designed for local voice training and video generation on hardware you control. Network services may still be used for account entitlement, updates, support, or optional integrations. You are responsible for your GPU environment, model downloads, network exposure, backups, and access to local recordings, trained models, and rendered clips.

Consent policy

Agent Avatar generates synthetic likenesses. You may only train a voice or face model on yourself, or on a person who has given you explicit, informed permission for that specific use. This is a condition of using the software, not a recommendation.

You may not use Agent Avatar to:

• clone the voice or likeness of any person without their explicit consent;
• impersonate anyone — including presenting generated video as a genuine recording, or using it to obtain money, credentials, access, or trust;
• generate likenesses of public figures, deceased people, or children, for whom consent cannot be assumed, inherited, or given;
• produce sexual, defamatory, or harassing content depicting a real person;
• create synthetic media intended to deceive an audience about an election, a public emergency, or a matter of public safety.

Where your audience would reasonably expect a real recording, disclose that the video is synthetic. Because the local generation path runs on your machine, we cannot police these rules technically — responsibility for compliance, and for the applicable biometric, publicity, and likeness laws in your jurisdiction, rests with you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Agent Avatar or this website to attack systems, distribute malware, violate laws, or process material you are not authorized to process.

Availability and pricing

Agent Avatar is currently a qualified technical beta with access reviewed by email. There are no public prices or self-serve purchase terms on this site. Any commercial terms will be presented before a purchase is possible.
