Agent Avatar is currently a qualified technical beta with access reviewed by email. There are no public purchases today, so there is nothing to refund. This page describes how refunds will work once paid plans launch.

When it ships

Refund terms will be published in full, and shown at checkout, before any purchase is possible. They may vary by plan or promotion, and the terms presented to you at the time of purchase are the ones that apply.
